FinStart Rotational Program – Customer Support

Experience: Freshers

What you’ll do.

Within each rotation you will be placed into the Customer Support and Customer Success teams and will support on a variety of activities, for example:

  • Respond to customer requests.
  • Perform technical investigation with root cause analysis of the issue reported, providing adequate solutions where feasible and/or detailed analysis to the stakeholder teams.
  • Update clients on the progress towards issue resolution.
  • Participate in client (phone) meetings, WebEx sessions.
  • Support key operational relationships with Clients. Support Client On-boarding activities, day-to-day client interactions while identifying and prioritizing key client service issues.
  • Support and coordinate the execution of the processes enabling successful client contract activities associated with renewals, extensions, changes, revisions, amendments, obligations review etc. Management of the intake of new business/services requests and pricing changes as well as the client roadmap for established opportunities.
  • Professional Services (PS) opportunity identification, qualification, assessment, and proposal developing pipeline of opportunities that contribute to overall PS targets.
  • Support in creating a best-in-class client experience liaising between client and other parts of Finastra (Product Mgmt., Technology, Shared Services, and Operations).
  • Identifies risks through client journey mapping and service gap analysis and provides input for consideration to the line of business risk register as appropriate.

Associate QA Engineer

Experience: 0-3 Years

Location: Pune

Job responsibilities and Daily Duties:

  • Read and understand requirement & solution documents.
  • Prepare & Review Test cases, Test scenarios.
  • Test Execution, Defect reporting, Defect Analysis & Tracking till closure
  • Simulation & Triage of issues raised by customers.
  • Address functional queries from various stakeholders.
  • Acquires and maintains knowledge of existing products, operations or systems.
  • Follow testing plan/schedule & adhere to quality processes.

Must: –

  • Should have done any software testing Course.
  • Should have manual testing experience, added advantage if candidate is having automation experience.
  • Good SQL knowledge.
  • Knowledge of testing processes & activities.
  • Knowledge of banking domain.
  • Basic Unix knowledge is required.
  • Good communication skills – verbal & written.

Preferred: –

  • Good to have in testing of software applications/packages in banking domain.
  • GPP testing experience is a plus.
  • Preferred Knowledge of Testing tools i.e JIRA/ALM.
  • Familiarity with deployment of web applications
  • Experience in Web service testing using Soap UI tool.
  • Worked on automation tools.

  •  Ensure ownership if tickets and resolution on tools incidents during your shift

Required Experience:

  • Knowledge of monitoring & alerting.
  • Knowledge on administration of tools (JIRA, SonarQube, Nexus, SAST tools) is required.
  • Can do’ attitude, An individual with a passion for DevOps and Cloud.
  • You’ll have access to technical and management training courses you need to become the strong.
  • Understanding of SLA, SLI, SLO
  • Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Distributed Tracing – Open Telemetry.
  • Understanding the basic monitoring principle.
