Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and optimize data modeling and data mining processes including cloud data ingestion, outflow & enrichment workflows.
- Build and maintain data processing workflows feeding our analytics systems.
- Optimize data pipelines from various systems.
- Develop set processes such as user engagement, user segmentation, content usage analysis feeding our analytics systems.
- Facilitate reliable integrations with internal systems and third-party APIs.
- Implement proper personal identifiable information (PII) compliance across the data ecosystem.
- Provide continued development support for existing analytics applications and platforms.
- Spot anomalies and ensure clean data on all systems.
- Ensure all work products follow company defined principles of data governance.

Required Background & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 3-4+ years’ experience in data engineering and related fields.
- Proficient in SQL and cloud database management, experience with Redshift, Snowflake, Athena preferred.
- Working experience with AWS, familiar with IAM credentialing, S3, Lambda, SQS, Step Function and EC2.
- Experience with scripting languages like NodeJS, Python or similar.
- Working experience with automation servers such as Jenkins or Airflow, and Docker implementation.
- 3+ years of Data Warehouse experience having demonstrated strength in SQL, ETL development, data modeling and warehousing.
Desired Skills:
- Data infrastructure provision and management, Terraform or AWS Cloud Formation
- Working experience with NodeJS, Python, R
- Extensive Experience with Big Data Technologies (AWS EMR, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, etc.)
- Ability to grasp business requirements and proactively identify data-driven solutions.
- Media industry experience.

Systems Engineer
Experience:2+ Years

- Candidate should have good experience with any one of the application server like Tomcat, ISS, WebSphere, etc.,
- Good in handling applications with Linux servers and Windows servers, Don’t need Operating systems support engineer

- Good in incident handling and host the conference call.
- Willing to work in rotational basis night shift, at least 5 months per annum.

Testing and Optimization Specialist

Primary responsibilities:
- In this role, you are directly contributing to the company’s success by identifying, crafting, and analyzing solutions to our site experience across product discovery, customer journey and conversion optimization, personalization, and revenue.
- Manage site testing application and execution of testing campaigns on Thomson Reuters websites to implement the optimization strategy
- Work with cross-functional team members and partners to generate test ideas along with coordinating and scheduling all testing activities.
- Manage the hypothesis library, testing campaign calendar, and results repository.
- Establish success metrics, interpret test results, share insights with marketing partners, and socialize them to the wider organization.
- Provide innovative recommendations for test campaign ideas based on best practices and thorough analysis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or related areas
- Background in statistics preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in web/digital marketing; testing & optimization experience preferred.
- Experience working on B2B Digital Sales and/or E-Commerce scenarios.
- Expert technical know-how in commercial experimentation tools like Adobe Target or Optimizely is a must (Adobe Target preferred)
- Ability to edit HTML and CSS. Coding ability in JavaScript and JSON a plus.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a must (Adobe Analytics preferred)
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly, thinking critically and creatively.
- Experience working with agile methodologies preferred.

QA Engineer

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline is required.
- 2-4 years experience designing, developing, maintaining, and executing automation tests or similar in Java or other Object-Oriented languages
- Experience with test management tools and is comfortable with writing test plans and test cases
- Experience testing Web Applications in cross-browser and cross-device manually as well using automated test tools
- Experience working with and developing automated test scripts using Gherkin and BDD framework
- Proficient and have a solid understanding of Selenium
- A strong understanding of techniques for exploratory testing
- Able to work independently with minimal direction and guidance to achieve goals
- Experience using Agile Methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, Business Analysts, management, and business team members)
Desired Experience:
- Understanding of both black box and white box test approaches
- Managing code and changes in a team environment to include experience with source control utilities, such as Git
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging experience
- Experience working with project management tools like Azure DevOps , Jira etc
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or AzureDevOps
- Comfortable designing acceptance test criteria for user stories and development tasks
- Technologies a plus, to include Adobe Experience Manager, Cucumber-JVM and JavaScript
- Other experience a plus, to include Performance Testing (load, soak, stress), accessibility testing.
