Collaboration in the development of the core data integration platform for the largest Siemens project in history, along with other rail mega projects
Developing new data integration workflows, along with extending and maintaining the existing ones
Transforming domain-specific rules and know-how into SQL to extract business intelligence.
Integrating new source systems and processes into the existing data architecture using both ETL and ELT

Qualification (minimum):

Experience using ETL/ELT tools for data integration.
Experience using Python for data engineering, e.g., pandas and dbt
Familiarity with the modern data warehouse technology Snowflake
Fluency in data modelling and SQL incl. window functions
Ability to work vertically across existing data architectures to accomplish new functionalities from end to end.

Qualification (desired):

Interest or experience in rail projects

Understand the requirements, user stories, Develop High level and low-level design, implementation, unit and integration test to deliver high quality product.

Knowledge in TIA development is an added advantage.
Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and engineering practices.

Strong knowledge & working experience in Testing methodologies such as Assembly Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT, Performance Testing etc.
Sound knowledge in latest Software Development methodologies such as Agile, Lean etc.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in test script development using any automation tools.
Basic knowledge on Groovy/Python/Java Scripting language will be an added advantage.

Responsible for the testing and delivery of parts of a product, in accordance to the customers’ requirements and interpersonal quality norms. Activities to be performed include:
Requirement analysis and design of manual test cases and automation scripts based on requirements and architectural /design guidelines.
Test execution of features and/or bug-validation and delivering solutions in accordance with testing guidelines and timely with high quality.
Identification and implementation of integration tests to ensure solution addresses customer requirements, and quality, security requirements of product are met.
Performing relevant documentation (requirement/design/test specification).
Ensuring integration and submission of solution into software configuration management system, within committed delivery timelines.
Performing regular technical coordination / review with partners and ensuring timely reporting and critical issues if any.
Supporting Scrum master for planning, ensuring risk identification and initiating steps towards risk mitigation.
Preparing and Reporting test and bug statistics to the management and business partner.
