What you bring

You have 3 – 10 years of experience in the areas of SAP system installations, upgrades, HANA migration, S/4H conversion / migration and managing operations of large SAP Landscape.
You’d have done SAP system installation, system copy, release and Enhancement Package upgrades, OS/DB migration, Unicode conversion, HANA and ASE migration, S4H Conversion along with data center relocation including migration to Hyperscalars.
You must be familiar with SUM-DMO optimization techniques.
You’ve done system monitoring using SAP NW and HANA tools, troubleshooting of performance issues, backup, restore and recovery, and HANA replication.
You’ve worked on SAP NetWeaver ABAP and Java stack systems.
You’d have done SAP SSO setup, SSL configurations, AD integration, SLD integration, Web Dispatcher installation and integration, SAP cloud connector integration etc.
You’d have experience in SAP landscape design, system sizing for HANA, roadmap and migration planning to S4HANA,
You’d have worked on SAP BTP integration, data volume management, UI and Analytical strategy.
You’re familiar with SAP Solution Manager, Fiori, Hyperscalar micro services.
You have bachelor’s degree in engineering / technology with excellent result.
You’ve basic programming skills in any language e.g. ABAP, JAVA, C++, SQL, Python, OData
You have deep technology and architecture knowledge of SAP Netweaver, Databases including SAP HANA

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Bengaluru

What you’ll do:

Define quality and test strategies for products considering defined process and product standards.
Create a detailed test design including test system landscape requirements and product standards, prepare tests (customizing and master data), author and execute manual and / or automated tests.
Work on Integration of SAP Business Network Applications with S/4 HANA by applying functional expertise.
Analyze test results and take appropriate follow-up actions.
Build good product domain knowledge including relevant business processes and scenario considering customer needs.
Active participation in Scrum meeting, demos and quality related processes.

What you bring:

Experience in Software Testing, QA Processes, Practices and Methodologies.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
Good knowledge of SAP modules, SPRO configurations with functional experience in SAP MM module and Procurement process.
Working knowledge of middleware like SAP PI, SAP CPI etc would be an advantage.
Experience on automation tools like eCATT is preferred.
Good Problem-solving skills and ability to read and understand complex code.
Strong team player, good collaboration skills and highly result oriented.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Learn about our customer’s business and the business objectives they are seeking to achieve.
Develop strategic relationships with key influencers in the customer organization.
Lead business discovery and design workshops with customers

- Go beyond the surface of what they are asking for and get to the heart of what their business actually needs.
- Analyze existing processes and policies and offer solutions that will improve program efficiencies.
- Influence the customer towards best practice recommendations.
- Consult with customers on an optimal marriage of the system’s technical capability and key business outcomes.
Design and configure the SAP Fieldglass suite

- Includes initial deployment, expansion or enhancements to existing solution.
- Provide demonstrations for customer stakeholder groups, build consensus for your design.
- Understand design alternatives, configure and prove them out, present these with insight on the pros and cons of each.
- Master the capabilities of the system and how to apply them.
Partner with the customer to source and manage one-time data imports into Fieldglass, with field mapping and data quality activities as needed.
Participate in testing activities, respond to customer issues and customer change requests, ensuring the overall solution delivers the desired business outcomes.
Support on-time delivery by working to ensure key milestone dates are met. When you see concerns that may impact project timelines, raise them in a timely manner to prevent slippage.
Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with colleagues, covering the full Customer Lifecycle from Sales, Implementation, Customer Success and Application Support to achieve an excellent customer experience
Foster relationships with Customers and Partners to promote and preserve exceptional customer experience, promoting retention and customer growth. Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge to maximize the benefits our customers can achieve.
Actively contribute to your own product knowledge through self-study, meeting attendance, and project participation

Who do we need?

Essential skills and background include:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Services, or related course of study preferred
Implementation/support experience, preferably within a technology organization supporting web hosted applications. SAP Fieldglass application knowledge is a plus
Understanding/application of Implementation methodology
Superior technical aptitude, strong problem solving and analytical skills
High attention to detail with high quality standards for own work products
Ability to self-manage time and tasks, including managing multiple concurrent customer engagements
Ability to quickly build rapport, build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, partners and colleagues.

Highly desirable skills and background include:

Domain knowledge or work experience in recruiting, procurement, human resources, accounts payable, finance
Experience and/or understanding of the Managed Services Provider and/or Vendor Management industry
Previous experience working in an external consulting role is strongly preferred
Previous experience with the Fieldglass suite
Previous customer service experience, ideally within a technology organization supporting Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
Experience in SQL queries, understanding of relational databases, XML coding, ad hoc report development is desirable
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLookups, and building macros; exposure to Visual Basic
Advanced skills in Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook
Solid work ethic and dedication to producing high quality accurate work
Exposure to Project Management approaches and methodologies – Prince, PMP, Agile
Organizational Change Management (OCM)
