DBA TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE

Technical Skills:
- Creates and maintains enterprise databases required for development, testing and production usage.
- Leads Installation of new versions of the Oracle and other integrated tools that access the Oracle database.
- Undertaking Installation, upgrades, migrations and patch management of Database.
- Oracle quarterly Security Patch Installation.
- Plans and implements backup and recovery of the Oracle database and other organizations databases.
- Periodical health check-up of the databases and perform ongoing tuning of database Instances.
- Troubleshoots with problems regarding the databases, applications and development tools.
- Creation of database and application users and assign the appropriate roles and responsibility as per the organization s policy.
- Good Exposure on Oracle Database hands on experience in administration & management of different versions and upgrades from 11g to 19c.
- Good Exposure on back up/restoration policies and strategies hands on experience in taking backups/ scheduling – RMAN ASM AD Utilities DB patching refresh/cloning etc.
- Have exposure to Disaster Recovery / DR Drills.
- Excellent communication Skills Written and Verbal.
- Ability to perform both Oracle and Operating system performance monitoring and the necessary adjustments for performance improvements.

QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST
Experience: 2-4 Years

Essential Job Functions:
- Work in an Agile Scrum setting as part of Development team.
- Manage and track test planning, test case design, test execution and defect resolution including ongoing regression scripts.
- Work directly with Client Product Owner and Internal Team to understand the business requirements and User stories.
- Act as a strong advocate for quality in the product development process
- Analyze software requirements to ensure clarity and testability and provide feedback and items for clarification.
- Document software defects using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
- Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
- Support Client UAT testing, work with Client UAT team to analyze UAT defects and track to closure.
Requirements:
- Ability to understand and create test cases from User stories and specifications
- Good understanding of Scrum concepts such as User Stories, Acceptance criteria, story point estimation
- Application of software development life cycle concepts
- Strong communication (oral and written) skills.
- Liaison with development, Client-side Business Analysis and UAT teams
- 1 – 3 years of work experience working in an Agile Scrum setting
- 1 – 3 years of work experience with SQL queries and API testing tools such as SOAP UI
- 4 – 5 years of work experience in IT development and delivery
- Good experience of Agile Management and test management tools such as Target Process or JIRA
- Experience in customer-facing environments, with daily customer interaction.
